BURNING OUT OF CONTROL
In between my heart skips a beat,
As it silently weeps
While all around my world is crashing,
There aren’t enough tears to put out the burning.
And my prayers are useless words,
That is no longer being heard.
For no matter how hard I try to rise
Every move I make is like a fight to survive.
