SOME OF US
Some of us spend more time in court than church,
And they won't more than 10%.
Make you wonder why every day
Living feels like a curse.
When there's no way around not
Breaking one of God's commandments.
Some of us spend more time with our
Heads down,
Than looking up to heaven.
They say you can't hide but maybe
Some of us don't want to be found.
Yet, isn't it funny how he always,
Find us even in the pen.
Some of us spend more time fighting
Too live,
When we have more reasons to die.
They say Jesus gave his life for,
All of us but only the strong survive,
And some us are still asking God why? Some of us!
