WISHFUL THINKING
istockphoto obstakl/ahmet said kaplan
I wish I could fly,
Yet I will never really be able to touch the sky.
I wish for true love,
Something that money can’t buy and we can only dream of.
I wish for word peace,
But then the things you want the most is always out of
reach.
I wish I were rich,
And it wouldn’t matter so much when you call me a bitch.
I wish I were dead,
Oh, but then I wouldn’t remember none of the things I just
said.
Then there wouldn’t be a reason to wish….
